Vision

The Vision 2047 of Medical Education in ESIC will be to cater multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary diverse courses and educational programmes that envision to promote the honing of competent health professionals and valuable citizens who exemplify prowess and excellence in their disciplines by being globally competent and locally relevant with All Superspecialist services to be available in each ESIC Medical Colleges along with avenues for collaborative research especially Occupational health with each ESIC Institution developed as Centre of excellence in Occupational Health and other specialties.

Mission

The par excellent services from ESIC are aimed to achieve a collaboration of Medical Colleges and ESI State hospitals to become gold standard to provide a platform to the Undergraduates, Post Graduates and super specialty residents to impart the best health care delivery, medical education and research services to the IPs and the general population of our country.

The healthcare delivery services shall be provided with the availability of state of the art infrastructure, equipment and workforce aiming to deliver tertiary care, rehabilitative care and referral services.

ESIC institutions should be the leading institutes of the country in medical education imparting competency based Medical Undergraduate, Post graduate and Superspeciality education.   

ESIC medical institutions to be the pioneers in evidence based, implementation based and collaborative research especially in Occupational health and all spheres of health.
